"Joelle graduated from the University of Windsor and St. Clair College Concurrent B.A./BEd/ECE Program. She completed her program with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Arts in French Studies and Bachelor of Education. Upon completion of her studies, she spent time teaching in London, England; Yellowknife, Northwest Territories; and working in a group home in Kingsville, Ontario."
